Fossil Cove has been designed using natural materials (including local stone, woven bamboo ceilings and travertine floors) to complement the extraordinary collections of tribal artifacts displayed there.
The house also features romantic open fireplaces, Bose sound system, separate media room, 2 outdoor dining areas, 2 barbecues, gym, chefs kitchen (includes stocked larder), scullery, conservatory and library.
There are two king-sized beds (which can be divided into singles). The remaining two bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and 2 singles (which can be combined to form a king bed). All beds have crisp white linen including Sohotel down lodge pillows in Yves Delorme pillow slips, with luxurious mohair rugs.
The property is serviced daily. We have chefs available to cover all dining requirements. Our Range Rover is available to guests staying 7 nights or more, and our on-site helipad makes helicopter transfers easy. There are regular ferries to and from Auckland.
